After Hours Emergency Response

We have a dedicated Storm Event and Catastrophe team, who provide makesafe services to customers in emergency situations.

We make contact with the customer within one hour of receiving client instructions and customer details, and liaise directly with them to arrange the emergency attendance to the property.

AIR also has the ability to expand whenever and wherever required by rolling out our proven business model in event areas, ensuring rapid distribution of makesafe teams on the ground in event areas, providing excellent customer service and coverage in difficult situations. This allows us to prevent further damage occurring, and to ensure that customer satisfaction is at the top of our priority list.

Our experienced and enthusiastic Building Repair Co-ordinators provide one reliable and effective communication touch-point for clients, customers and all trades and supervisors.  This ensures clarity of job progress, and swift intervention and communication in the event of scheduling or material delays (for instance, delays to exterior works due to inclement weather etc).

Brisbane Hail Storm , November 2014

Australian Insurance Repairs (AIR) completed over 200 emergency makesafes and over 300 repairs on residential homes in Brisbane, Logan and Redlands during the Brisbane Hail Storm event of November 2014.

As requirements moved from emergency makesafe to home repairs, AIR  was quick to mobilise a variety of trades which included restorers, roofers, carpenters, tilers, plasterers, painters, locksmiths and a range of handyman services.

Value of repairs ranged from a few hundred dollars to in excess of ten thousand dollars.
